Butter Chicken Cooked in Slow Cooker
Tender chicken breast slow-cooked in a rich coconut, yoghurt and butter sauce with warming spices.
From Yasmin’s Kitchen
Chicken breast is cut into cubes and cooked slowly in a rich sauce made with coconut milk, yoghurt, butter and spices.
Most of the work is done by the slow cooker: add the ingredients, cook for a few hours and stir occasionally so everything cooks evenly.
