Spicy Lamb Burgers in Sauce
Homemade spiced lamb burgers finished in a tomato and onion sauce.
From Yasmin’s Kitchen
These spicy lamb burgers are delicious in a bun or served with potatoes and vegetables. They can be fried, grilled, oven-baked or barbecued.
A little fat in the mince helps keep homemade burgers juicy. Adjust the chillies to suit your preferred level of heat.
